Zero-trust screen pairing: two browsers exchange a WebRTC handshake through Syncropy's relay, then stream directly, peer-to-peer. The relay only ever sees signaling messages, never your screen.

Paste the room code you were given, then connect.
This is a real, working MVP pairing tool built on Syncropy's live relay
(syncropy-relay.johnmobley99.workers.dev) — not a mockup. It handles the core
"connect two devices" loop, including a shareable link (?room=) that auto-connects
the viewer side, not just a code to retype, and a text chat channel (a WebRTC DataChannel carried
over the same peer connection as the video, never touching the relay) so the two sides can talk
without a phone call; full remote *control* (keyboard/mouse input relay) is a later step, not part
of this pass. ICE candidate discovery uses two public STUN servers (Cloudflare's and Google's) for
NAT traversal redundancy — the relay itself never touches your screen or your messages, and once
peers connect, media and chat both flow directly between browsers. Known honest limitation:
there is no TURN relay fallback yet, so pairing across two strict/symmetric NATs (common on
locked-down corporate networks — this venture's actual target customer) can still fail to find a
direct path; a TURN server is the real fix and hasn't been built.
